 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a problem whilst at the seaside for a few days - charging cable would not plug into phone.  Couldn't see a blockage.  Was anxious as I was just about out of charge.  Went into K1 to see if he could fix it.  He was very calm and reassuring, immediately had a look, used some tools to check the charging socket, saw a tiny bit of metal, pulled it out with some tiny tweezers, checked again, charged it to make sure charging socket was working, and handed it over.  All done super quick and less than £20.  That was a week ago and no trouble charging since.  Brilliant service.  Would definitely use again and very happy to recommend. I’d already had a message to say it was repaired, cleaned, and ready to collect. The issue was a bent HDMI pin which meant there was no proper signal, and they replaced the HDMI port quickly and professionally. The service was genuinely fantastic from start to finish. Fast, efficient, and clearly done to a high standard. My son says his Xbox is now working like new, which says everything really. I honestly can’t recommend K-Tech Repair enough. I went in there today for a screen replacement, the gentleman that served me was kind, informative and honest regarding all areas of a aftermarket and iPhone screen replacements. Went to K1 and had it fixed for me and went beyond for me and serviced it as well, its came back like new, clean, no noise, like out of the packet.
